Salterns Marina
Salterns Marina, located in Poole in Dorset, enjoys the sheltered waters of Europe’s largest natural harbour and is home to 285 berths including 75 swinging moorings. Salterns has been established for over 30 years and offers the comprehensive range of facilities you would expect from a 5 Gold Anchor Marina and Blue Flag achiever.

Poole Marine Services was established in 1974 by Salterns Marina Limited and became a main centre for Volvo Penta, Honda Marine, Johnson, Evinrude and the Zodiac range of ribs, tenders and jet rib for Pools and the surrounding area on the South Coast of Britain. We operate alongside the Salterns Boatyard within Salterns Marina and have access to state-of-the-art lifting equipment able to lift anything up to a 20-metre Cruiser.
Details of all the current range of new Volvo Penta marine engines are also available at all branches and ONLINE, all of which can be supplied at unbeatable prices and fitted if required.
All engineers and parts personnel attend regular courses at Volvo Penta to keep abreast of the latest technology whilst retaining a vast knowledge of older installations.
We are extremely proud of our reputation as a Premier Service and Warranty Centre, a position gained through their extensive knowledge and close development relationship with Sunseeker International and other leading manufacturers.
We are a company entrusted by Sunseeker and Volvo for new product development and warranty on some of the most prestigious motor yachts in the world. We keep a comprehensive stock of genuine Volvo Penta spares and accessories available at all branches and we are able to ship anywhere in the world.
We keep most models of outboards, boats, tenders and accessories on display. The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and on Saturday from 9am to 12.30pm and a visit to the Poole Marine Services showroom is a pleasure.
